Pay Type: From $10.00 - 16.00/hr

Position Type: 
  • Part-Time, 15+ hours per week, availability one weekday + Fridays & Saturdays
  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Daylight or Evening shifts

Requirements:
  • Must be 16+
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable
  • Strong initiative and work ethic
  • Positive attitude, high energy, coachable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities for Front of House Team Members:

  • Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality 
  • Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
  • Operating the POS at the front counter, or in the drive thru
  • Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
  • Taking orders with speed and accuracy
  • Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and to mobile order cars in the parking lot
  • Checking for product quality and consistency
  • Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
  • Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as monitor, dining room, or working the window, when applicable
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Complete all tasks as assigned
